JELD-WEN
is currently seeking a Human Resources Shared Services Sr Analyst to join our growing team. External Job Description The HR Shared Services Senior Analyst leads the seamless administration, execution, and continuous improvement of HR processes across all employee lifecycle processes. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Shared Services (HRSS), and HRIS/technical teams to streamline processes and workflows, strengthen data integrity, and improve the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead HR process improvement and automation initiatives in partnership with CoEs and HRBPs to refine HR processes, tools, and system usage. Coordinate solutions and resolution with appropriate parties while adhering to established governance and guidelines Manage small-to-mid size initiatives (process redesigns, system enhancements, policy rollouts) including plans, milestones, stakeholder coordination, and status/risk communication Serve as a SME for employee lifecycle operations; ensure consistent process adoption and effective handoffs cross-functionally. SME is responsible for developing, executing and supporting processes across the employee life cycle Proactively identify and address process and system-related issues that may impact data integrity or end-user experience. Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance service quality, efficiency, and scalability Support HR technology implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and testing efforts to validate results from an end-user perspective Research, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries escalated by HR Shared Services representatives Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Assist with the development of training materials related to HR processes for multi-level stakeholder groups Maintain HR knowledge content (SOPs, job aids, FAQs) and support enablement and training for stakeholders Support vendor management activities Required Skills & Competencies Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with complex data sets Ability to think critically with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills in ambiguous environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or related field 4-6 years of Human Resources experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations 3-4 years Project Management experience Experience supporting an HRMS (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar), including troubleshooting and testing/UAT Strong proficiency in Excel and HR reporting Preferred Qualifications Master's degree preferred Experience with SuccessFactors administration and testing Experience across multiple HR functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Workforce Planning) Experience supporting HR technology implementations or upgrades Experience working in a manufacturing organization or similar organization consisting mostly of deskless workers #LI-DB1 Internal Job Description The HR Shared Services Senior Analyst leads the seamless administration, execution, and continuous improvement of HR processes across all employee lifecycle processes.
