Onsite Talent Management Specialist

At HTI, we believe people are the foundation of every successful organization. We're looking for an Onsite Talent Management Specialist who thrives on building relationships, supporting employees, and helping clients maintain a strong and engaged workforce.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary on-site talent partner for an assigned client location, working closely with employees, client leadership, recruiting teams, and HR partners. You'll play a key role in employee onboarding, engagement, retention, workforce planning, employee relations, and overall talent support while helping ensure an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary talent management contact for an assigned client site.

Support employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.

Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to support staffing needs and hiring goals.

Build strong relationships with employees, client leadership, and internal partners.

Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring-related activities as needed.

Coordinate onboarding activities and help ensure a positive new hire experience.

Address employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives.

Monitor workforce trends and recommend improvements to employee engagement and retention.

Maintain accurate records and workforce data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Participate in client meetings and provide updates on workforce and talent-related initiatives.

Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience collaborating with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with recruiting and HR-related systems and technology.

Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and recommend solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required -
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, talent management, or a related field.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, or HRIS systems.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technologies.
  • Preferred -
  • Degree concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Previous Human Resources experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manufacturing or industrial workforce experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Paycom, UKG, Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Work Environment

This position is primarily on-site at a client location and requires regular interaction with employees, client leadership, recruiting teams, and HR partners.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, job fairs, client meetings, training, and other business-related activities.
