About the
Role:
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions within the organization across the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will partner with leadership and employees to address HR-related inquiries, resolve issues, and implement policies that align with organizational goals. By managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, this role directly contributes to the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Ultimately, the HR Generalist serves as a trusted advisor and resource, driving HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.Job Description:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management, HRIS platforms like ADP and SuccessFactors, and job boards. Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Engage in talent management activities such as campus recruitment events and employee orientation sessions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective lead generation strategies. Participate in research on employment & labor law compliance and best practices for internal recruiting. Help manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and assist in executive recruiting efforts.Qualifications :
Willingness and ability to work night shifts based on business needs Must be able to support recruiting activities during night shift hours Availability to work non‑standard hours, including nights Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and team members. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, social media management, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP. Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, and training & development initiatives. Ability to handle, relationship management, research tasks, and lead generation activities confidently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP or SuccessFactors is a plus. Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
