Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Recruiting Specialist to elevate our brand presence and attract top talent. In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, manage multichannel campaigns, and oversee recruitment initiatives that align with our company's goals. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising sales will be essential in driving engagement across various platforms. Duties Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, email, and web platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to foster community growth and interaction. Develop compelling content marketing strategies, including copywriting for blogs, newsletters, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences. Utilize SEO techniques and Google Analytics to optimize website content for search engines and monitor campaign performance metrics. Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by creating persuasive proposals and managing advertising placements across print, digital, and e-commerce channels. Oversee multichannel marketing efforts using marketing automation tools to streamline outreach and nurture candidate pipelines. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions. Manage budget allocations for marketing campaigns ensuring optimal ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns. Demonstrated success in advertising sales or related sales roles within a B2B (business-to-business) environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and campaign visuals. Familiarity with WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and email marketing platforms. Experience managing performance marketing initiatives focused on e-commerce or online sales channels. Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign efficiency and tracking capabilities. Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to optimize ongoing campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior experience supporting recruitment efforts through targeted digital campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.
