HR Generalist#26-20539 $22.99-$25.86 per hour Fargo, ND Onsite Job Description Our client, a Agricultural Machinery Heavy Equipment company, is looking for a HR Generalist for their Fargo, ND location.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organizational development and payroll Partner with line managers to identify human resources issues or problems and provide counsel and support in finding solutions Ensure compliance of the organization's practices with applicable labor legislation Design and conduct (or assists in conducting) training in areas such as employment practices, as well as specific HR related topics to further the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of programs and issues Counsel employees on career development, potential problems, and day-to-day inquiries on any HR related matter
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline and up to 2 years of related work experience with demonstrated HR skills and an understanding of key HR practices In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related work experience will be considered Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative and team-oriented disposition, with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize work Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
