Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an HR Generalist for a contract position with a Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer located in Fargo, ND. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.
Pay Range:
$25.00 - $30.00 hourly based on experience
This role involves coordinating and administering various aspects ofpensation, benefits, recruitment, and payroll. The HR Generalist will partner with line managers to provide counsel, ensurepliance with labor legislation, and support employees with career development and day-to-day inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization'spensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organizational development and payroll
Partner with line managers to identify human resources issues or problems and provide counsel and support in finding solutions
Ensurepliance of the organization's practices with applicable labor legislation
Design and conduct (or assists in conducting) training in areas such as employment practices, as well as specific HR related topics to further the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of programs and issues
Counsel employees on career development, potential problems, and day-to-day inquiries on any HR related matter
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline and up to 2 years of related work experience with demonstrated HR skills and an understanding of key HR practices
In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related work experience will be considered
Desired skills:
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
Collaborative and team-oriented disposition, with an ability tomunicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize work
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
