Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive excellence in all facets of human resources management. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will champion talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, empowering our workforce to thrive and contribute to our mission of sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of human capital management systems and best practices. Employee Relations & HR Advisory Serve as the primary HR resource for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, complaints, and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, coaching, and corrective action plans. Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Performance Management & Employee Development Lead performance review processes and support managers in goal setting and employee development planning. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Coach managers on leadership development and employee performance improvement. HR Compliance & Policy Administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures. Support audits, reporting requirements, and HR recordkeeping practices. Monitor HR trends and recommend policy improvements. Compensation & Benefits Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and annual merit review processes. Support benefits administration and employee benefit communications. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective benefits delivery. Oversee FMLA, disability, workers' compensation, and other leave programs. Coordinate with insurance carriers and third‑party administrators as needed. HR Operations & Systems Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate HR metrics and reports. Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to leadership. Lead or participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and organizational effectiveness. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Experience 5-8+ years of progressive human resources experience. Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance matters. Previous experience leading projects or mentoring HR team members preferred. Master's degree preferred. Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or
HRCI PHR/SPHR
). Fluent in Spanish and English required Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools. Effective project management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Leadership and coaching capabilities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Employee retention and turnover rates. Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics. Employee engagement scores. Compliance and audit outcomes. Performance review completion rates. Training participation and effectiveness metrics. HR service delivery and employee satisfaction measures.

From $60,000.00 per year
