Job Description

Position Summary We are working with a hidden-gem of a client here in Lincoln, NE. Be the first HR Generalist hire to work with an established multi-state company that is rapidly expanding! Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders across all company locations, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, documentation, and conducting investigations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes. Support employee engagement initiatives, including participation in NRx Social Care Programs. Lead the annual HR activity calendar, including goal setting, development planning, feedback cycles, and coaching initiatives. Lead core HR operations and compliance efforts by ensuring consistent application of policies and practices and compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data within Paylocity. Support benefits administration, vendor coordination, and open enrollment. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes. Contribute to the development and refinement of HR processes as the organization grows. Track and report HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and key workforce indicators. Partner with leadership and ESOP advisors to promote employee ownership awareness and engagement Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4-7 years of HR experience with a strong generalist background Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state organizations Strong knowledge of employment laws Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries Experience working within an ESOP or employee-owned organization Demonstrated success scaling HR operations in a growth environment HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) #ZelleG
