LARGE FROZEN FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN OMAHA NE IS SEEKING A BILINGUAL HR GENERALIST/MANAGER. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE BILINGUAL AS WELL WITH SPANISH. SALARY IS FROM
$65K-$70K
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE STRONG WITH PAYROLL AND OTHER HR ACTIVITIES HR
Generalist Key Responsibilities Serve as the main HR contact for employees and support day-to-day HR operations. Maintain employee records, HR systems, and personnel files. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork. Coordinate temporary labor and represent the company at job fairs/community events. Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, FMLA, and ADA processes. Handle employee relations matters, complaints, investigations, and disciplinary support while maintaining confidentiality. Assist with performance reviews, employee training, and development initiatives. Promote employee engagement through recognition programs, team events, and workplace initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and labor laws. Assist with audits, reporting, special projects, and other assigned duties. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. 2-3 years of HR experience required; manufacturing or food production experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll processes, FMLA, ADA, and labor regulations. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment. #IND2
