This role is pivotal in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HRIS systems. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a diverse range of roles. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Conduct campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent. Coordinate employee orientation sessions and onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires. Generate reports for hiring metrics and workforce planning. Engage in talent management activities including succession planning, employee evaluation processes, and training & development programs. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management. Utilize cold calling techniques for proactive sourcing of passive candidates. Support internal recruiting initiatives by collaborating with HR teams on employment branding and social media campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all hiring activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management and employee engagement.
