As a Senior Staffing Specialist, you'll take the lead on high‑volume and complex recruiting needs, strengthen client partnerships, and help drive branch performance. This full-time, in-person role blends advanced recruiting expertise, client engagement, and team leadership—perfect for someone ready to make a bigger impact while continuing to grow their career in staffing.
What You'll Do:
Advanced Recruiting & Talent Strategy- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for complex or high‑volume roles, using strong assessment and sourcing skills
- Build lasting relationships with candidates while maintaining full compliance with ATS and documentation standards.
- Serve as a primary client partner—conducting visits, aligning on workforce needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services
- Manage job postings, social media outreach, and talent marketing efforts to attract top candidates.
- Meet or exceed weekly goals, including interviews, fill ratios, client visits, and gross margin targets
- Act as an escalation point and mentor, supporting Staffing Specialists and Talent Coordinators through training and best‑practice sharing.
- Work seamlessly with branch teammates to ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while identifying and escalating safety or HR‑related concerns when needed.
- A strong talent pipeline with consistent, high‑quality placements
- High client satisfaction and increased service utilization within accounts
- Strong fill ratios, compliance, and contribution to weekly gross margin goals
- Positive leadership influence that elevates team performance and branch operations.
- 3+ years of successful staffing or recruiting experience with proven KPI achievement
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting tools
- Resourceful, highly responsive, and effective in fast‑paced environments
- Ability to travel within the local market for client visits and recruiting events.
