Job Description
A well-established and growing organization in the Keene area is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and payroll administration. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with leadership and employees across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain weekly payroll for a multi-site workforceSupport employee onboarding, personnel records, and HR administrationAssist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordinationPartner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce mattersEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policiesMaintain accurate HR and payroll records and reportingAssist employees with benefits administration and related questionsSupport policy implementation, employee communications, and HR initiativesParticipate in special projects and other HR-related functions as needed
