In need of an HR Generalist ! - Bachelor's degree required or commensurate experience.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Experience administering payroll and benefits.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading annual benefits renewals and open enrollment processes, including broker management, carrier negotiations, employee communications, and benefits administration. Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
- Multi-state HR experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
