Job Description
LDRM is searching for a Human Resources Specialist for the National Visa Center (NVC) in Portsmouth, NH. This position is customer service-focused within a union environment. It is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Human Resources as a generalist who also possesses strong skills to support a large population of employees. - + Provide Human Resources guidance and support to supervisors as well as managers supporting a government customer.
- Qualifications
- Your Minimum Qualifications to be a
Human Resources Specialist:
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or other related discipline + 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience. + Ability to pass a pre-employment national, regional, and local background investigation, which includes criminal and credit checks. + Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET-level government clearance + Experience using Paylocity. + Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements. + Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience + Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in a government contracting environment as well as labor relations with unions and their members. + Strong work ethic is a must. + Ability to work with minimal supervision is essential. + Government contracting experience is a plus.- You must successfully complete a credit and criminal background check and be able to obtain a Secret-level federal security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for the SECRET federal security clearance.

- While performing the duties of this job, you may occasionally be required to stand; walk; sit; lift up to 20 lbs.
