Job Description

Team Select Home Care is looking for a People Services Specialist to join our Team Select family. The People Services Specialist provides administrative support to the People Services department. This role carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training, benefits, development, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.
Responsibilities:
Assist People Services department in carrying out several human resource programs and procedures for all company employees Complete new hire onboarding and orientation program Maintain human resource information system records (ADP, Cubhub, iCIMS, Relias, You Earned it and more) and compiles reports as needed. Help with backgrounds, pulling investigation reports, reference checks and any other credential verification's necessary Coordinate performance review process for all employees Organize transition from HR to separate departments after orientation and documentation completion Maintain employee renewable requirements and notify employees/contractors before expiration of HR documents Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions Conduct exit interviews Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters. Compliance Plan Qualifications:
Associates Degree or 1+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of human resources best practices Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
