Description Our international client is looking to hire an HR Generalist with strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance. In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for enforcing company policies and practices, maintaining compliancy, coordinating recruiting efforts, assisting with training and development, tracking application/interview status, conducting new hire onboarding, assisting with annual audits, owing the administration of the company's compensation and benefit plans, handling compensation changes, monitoring and tracking employee PTO, and coordinate employee orientation for various sites. The ideal candidate for this role should have thorough understanding of general human resources policies/procedures, employment-related laws and regulations and the ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Maintain employee files and records Requirements The ideal HR Generalist will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Other requirements for the HR Generalist role include and are not limited to:
3-5+ years of HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
MUST have ADP Workforce Now
UKG Timekeeping a PLUS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
