Short Description The Ops Excellence Specialist I is responsible for applying Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies to deploy strategic projects aimed at reducing variation and eliminating waste within the Patient Access and Experience pillar. This includes harnessing technology and other innovations to improve the health of those we serve, focusing on exceptional patient/consumer experience and improved system performance. The Specialist will plan, lead, and manage complex and value-added projects. Experience Required 3-5 years leadership experience required Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree preferred License/Certification Requirements Preferred trained as Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt (i.e. ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, Cooper University Health Care or an Accredited University program). Change Agent trained desired. Special Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Meeting facilitation and project management skills are highly preferred.
