Job description G&M Health, LLC is a leader in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Compliance Consulting Services. Our clients rely on us to make informed decisions while understanding the associated risk. Some of our services include, GxP Compliance Consulting, Aggregate Spend, Federal and State Privacy Management. G&M Health, LLC is seeking to fill a part time HR Generalist. Duties shall include but are not limited to: Position handles all day-to-day HR functions for employees Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and concerns professionally Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries Support performance management processes and HR initiatives Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures Maintains privacy & confidentiality Qualifications and Skills Must Have 5+ years of HR Experience Required. Team of 1 within a small organization, preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws and benefit administration is a must Paychex experience a plus Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education:
A 4 years Bachelor's degree is required. G&M is an
