Job Description
Northpointe Staffing Professionals , a leading provider of professional staffing solutions in the Financial, Accounting, Marketing, Administrative, and related professional fields, is seeking a motivated Recruiting Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing, identifying, and engaging qualified candidates for open job opportunities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening evaluations to assess candidate's qualifications, experience, technical skills, career objectives, and overall fit for client requirements. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Contact prospective candidates to discuss employment opportunities and gauge interest. Assist candidates throughout the application and onboarding process. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers. Conduct pre-employment background checks and employment verification activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and candidate inquiries. Prepare and maintain daily recruiting and staffing activity reports. Support recruiters and management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous recruiting or staffing industry experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
