Job Description

Responsibilities but not limited to: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated office, factory and/or retail departments/companies Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook are communicated and consistently applied Handle employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and fairness; conduct thorough investigations and document findings as necessary Manage and support disciplinary action processes by gathering facts, advising managers on appropriate steps, preparing documentation, and ensuring fairness and compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal policies Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with other HR team members including new hire orientation Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, termination paperwork, asset collection, and system deactivation Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure factory-related HR practices meet internal and legal standards Provide coaching and day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and interpersonal conflicts Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries Support Open Enrollment communication Qualifications /
Skills:
3•5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment including manufacturing or factory settings Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse teams Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (UKG Pro) Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

PM Salary Range:
