Role:
Recruiter / HR Generalist On-siteNeptune City, NJ Hours:
Mon-Fri- 8:30am
- 5:00pm Long Term Temp position.
Experience :
manufacturing/consumer goods industry. Basic lifecycle recruiting support (sourcing, scheduling, and screening entry-level candidates) Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and general inquiries Maintaining personnel files and ensuring documentation compliance Familiarity with HRIS or payroll platforms is a plus, (Dayforce; HireRight; JobVite) Strong attention to detail and stong interpersonal skills Salary is based on experience.
