The Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Functional Lead reports to the Senior Manager, WorkForce Management and is a subject matter expert who implements and optimizes the WFM system for scheduling, timekeeping, absence and leave management. They will bridge the gap between business needs and implementing and/or optimizing technical solutions, ensuring the WFM system effectively supports the workforce. Top 5

Must-Haves:

Workforce Management (WFM) Systems Expertise Experience with Workforce Software, UKG/Kronos, ADP, Replicon, or similar tools. WFM Configuration & Implementation Design, configure, test, and deploy workforce management solutions Payroll & HR Systems Knowledge - understanding of payroll processes and how WFM systems integrate with Workday and other HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify how the WFM system can best support those needs for implementation including design, testing, transition to Production. Understands project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects

Functional System Configuration & Implementation:

Designing, set up, and configure WFM system scheduling and time tracking functionality, tailoring to the specific requirements of the organization, for specific areas of access and areas assigned.

Integration:

Support the design and testing of data transfers in and out of the WFM system, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and other HR systems. Lead data collection, data loads and system authentication as assigned (SSO)

Payroll Management/Impacts:

Strong acumen on WFM data transfers to payroll system design, documentation, testing and production support for ongoing management.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas where WFM processes can be improved and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Continuously improving WorkForce solution skills by staying updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements

Documentation:

Responsible for reporting program within the WFM system. Also, create system documentation and audit procedures WFM and data flows to ensure accuracy of WFM data and payroll processing for

PBF Training & Support:

As required, provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the WFM system and offer ongoing support.

Problem Solving:

Address technical issues and other challenges that arise during the implementation and ongoing use of the WFM system.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between internal teams, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration and support

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Requires five (5) or more years' hands-on experience in the functional design and implementation Workforce Software to improve business processes, including but not limited to: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence/Leave Management, Analytics, and Time Clocks Experience with other Workforce systems such as ADP, Replicon, UKG (formerly Kronos), SchedulePro/Shift Board is a plus Experience delivering in the chemical, oil and gas or other highly regulated industries; Working in WorkForce software in a professional consulting role is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
