Today, we operate over 35 residential support homes, supervised apartments, home health aide services, and comprehensive day programs throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania—positively impacting hundreds of individuals and families with our commitment to quality care and support. High school diploma (additional education in HR, marketing, or healthcare is a plus) 6+ months of office experience (recruitment experience preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities Microsoft Office, HHAExchange (a plus, but not required), Smartsheet experience Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates simultaneously Ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively Driver's License and reliable vehicle
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Our Recruitment Efforts
  • Meet hiring quotas for our most critical positions Organize Effective Events
  • Plan and execute targeted recruitment events that highlight our organization's values Represent Our Organization
  • Attend career fairs, schools, and community events as our ambassador Develop Key Relationships
  • Build connections with important referral sources to create a sustainable talent pipeline Manage the Onboarding Process
  • Guide candidates through each step with clarity and professionalism Full Cycle Recruitment
  • Responsible from the start of the application process to the first day of the new hires employment and everything in between and a point of contact after employment has begun
