As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and supporting the delivery of exceptional in-home care services.
Job Summary:
As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for the following: Manage various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the growth and development of our team Conduct new hire orientations and provide training on company policies and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee conduct, and conflict resolution Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
0 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
