Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will have a significant role in the on-going evaluation and maintenance of Inspira's compensation programs. This will include analyzing job market data, building and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges, evaluating jobs, supporting pay decisions, and helping keep Inspira compensation programs competitive, equitable, and compliant. Conduct market pricing using compensation surveys Build and maintain salary structures, grades, and pay ranges within the HRIS (Oracle) Evaluate and classify jobs, including FLSA exempt status Analyze pay equity and internal alignment Lead annual general increase, market review processes Support HR/Recruiting on pay decisions and offers Maintain compensation data (Job/Position structure) within HRIS (Oracle) Responsible for managing compensation service request process through HRIS(Oracle)
Prior experience in healthcare HR operations also preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Compensation administration and use of HRIS, healthcare industry preferred.Prior experience in healthcare HR operations also preferred
