Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Achieve hiring and onboarding goals through proactive outreach Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and community engagement Promote driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives Candidate Experience & Onboarding Serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process Lead onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide candidates from application to onboarding and vehicle readiness Deliver a welcoming, professional, and positive onboarding experience Driver Engagement & Retention Build meaningful relationships with active drivers Provide ongoing support to enhance driver satisfaction and retention Address concerns and connect drivers with operational resources Partner with leadership to strengthen engagement and retention strategies Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activity Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics Share insights and updates with leadership Support additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed What We're Looking for as a
