Ro Health is looking for an entry level Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator manages the compliance program for our team of healthcare and behavioral health Providers. The Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in helping our team grow the right way by meeting our duties to our clients and patients who rely on our services. Candidates must have a high level of integrity, and attention to detail and collaborate well with a team of Support Staff.

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

PST Pay Range:

$20 - $23/hr Job Responsibilities Manage provider credentialing and compliance to ensure all healthcare professionals meet the qualifications required for their assignments before starting work. Collaborate with Credentialing Support Specialists (CSS) and internal teams to facilitate timely candidate screening, onboarding, and hiring. Review, verify, and maintain accurate provider documentation, including licenses, certifications, employment records, and other required credentials. Conduct background checks, verify employment eligibility through E-Verify, and ensure completion of I-9 documentation. Monitor compliance reports, dashboards, and credentialing audits to identify missing, rejected, or expiring credentials and ensure timely follow-up. Communicate with providers, Staffing Consultants, and internal teams regarding outstanding documentation, credential renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, mask fit testing, and other necessary screenings. Partner with Payroll and internal departments to process employee information updates, wage garnishment orders, and other employment-related documentation. Assist with provider separations, termination procedures, and assignment removals when necessary to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support compliance research and special projects, including reviewing credentialing requirements for new roles, states, and regions, and assisting with updates to credentialing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
