Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) HR Compliance Analyst Lead / Senior Paralegal or Legal Compliance Background Experience as a paralegal, legal analyst, employment law specialist, or in a corporate compliance function, including document review, case management, and regulatory research. HR Compliance & Employee Relations Expertise Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying HR policies, employment laws, internal controls, and compliance procedures while partnering with HR, Legal, Labor Relations, and business leaders. Workplace Investigations Experience, Proven ability to support employee relations investigations, ethics concerns, policy violations, misconduct allegations, and complex fact-finding reviews while maintaining confidentiality and documentation integrity. Audit, Risk Management & Compliance preparing for internal/external audits, managing compliance records, analyzing compliance trends, developing corrective actions, and implementing process improvements to reduce organizational risk Lead-level position: In addition to meeting all Senior-Level requirements listed above, the Lead is expected to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert.
Additional requirements include:
Experience developing compliance programs and governance processes. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compliance Analyst Sr Salary Grade:
G06 Minimum Midpoint Maximum $82,463 - $111,325 - $140,187
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, assures appropriate implementation and delivery of Human Resources policies and procedures. Administers, coordinates, and ensures compliance with all relevant Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action and employment laws and regulations. As a cross-functional team member, consults with management and Human Resources staff to provide guidance in compliance, reporting in the areas of affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and workplace inclusion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consults with and counsels management and human resources staff to ensure that personnel policies, programs, and procedures comply with equal employment opportunity legal provisions and support the organization's affirmative action and inclusion initiatives Collects and analyzes data such as applicant flow, hiring, terminations, promotions, salaries, training, transfers, investigations, accommodation requests, and complaints for required government reporting and internal monitoring purposes Analyzes current human resources and business practices and their relationship to the diversity goals; assists with designing creative ways of using communication media to foster compliance and enterprise goals Assists in implementing training and education programs; prepares progress reports for senior management on results of programs Develops and maintains Affirmative Action Plans Prepares and files required reports and other documentation with government agencies Responds to requests from external vendors and contracting organizations for affirmative action compliance certification Recommends guidelines to ensure fairness and compliance with laws and regulations Reviews contracts to determine actions required to meet equal opportunity provisions of local, state, or federal laws Confers with supervisory personnel, human resources staff, legal counsel, and employees to investigate, document, and resolve alleged violations of law and charges of discrimination or harassment Assists with conducting internal audits of personnel practices Participates in gathering documents for Requests for Information related to employment legal matters Prepares findings reports and writes status reports, policies, regulatory documents, and process descriptions Maintains contacts with community organizations representing minority and protected class populations and interests

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in a related field with five to six years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline. Legal experience is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand or walk up to 1/3 of the time and regularly required to sit up to 2/3 of the time. Manual dexterity is required to perform computer applications and good vision is required to perform all aspects of the job. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
