We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.Job Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day delivery of HR services and programs across the organization. This role serves as a key operational partner within the HR function, assisting employees and managers with HR processes, onboarding, employee relations support, recruiting coordination, and engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist works closely with HR leadership to ensure consistent, practical, and people-focused HR support that aligns with business needs. Essential Functions Serve as a point of contact for routine HR questions from employees and managers, providing timely and practical guidance. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a positive and well-organized start experience. Support full-cycle recruiting activities as assigned, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer support. Assist with employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and supporting managers under HR leadership guidance. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including recognition efforts, service anniversaries, celebrations, and related programs. Support workers' compensation administration and follow-up activities in partnership with HR/Safety leadership. Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records; run routine reports to support HR operations. Assist with policy administration and ensure consistent application of company practices. Support performance management processes, including tracking deadlines, documentation, and manager follow-up. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of HR operational enhancements. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance with flexibility to support business needs. Contribute to a professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented HR presence across the organization. Qualifications 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or similar HR role. Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with employees and managers at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful problem-solver with sound judgement and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Physical and Environmental Requirements Work performed primarily in an office setting on site with standard office equipment. Extended periods of sitting, using a computer, and engaging in communication through phone, video, or in person. Occasional requirement to lift or carry up to 20 pounds of materials or equipment for meetings, training, or office activities.Similar remote jobs
