Recruitment & Training Coordinator Always Best Care:
Las Cruces, NM Schedule:
Full Time Pay:
$40,000-$50,000 Always Best Care Las Cruces is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join our team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our caregivers are compassionate, prepared, and ready to deliver exceptional home care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Build applicant pipelines through community outreach, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and job boards. Create and post engaging job advertisements. Screen and interview candidates; verify references; assess suitability for caregiver roles. Coordinate interviews with management and make hiring recommendations. Represent the agency professionally at job fairs and community events.
Onboarding & Training:
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Create and maintain employee files within WellSky. Introduce new caregivers to clients and provide on-site training as needed. Assign, track, and follow up on required online training. Maintain organized training records. Designate deadlines for ongoing education and certifications.
General Responsibilities:
Stay current with employment trends, home care industry standards, and relevant regulations. Support the agency's mission, vision, values, and goals. Participate in staff development activities, in-services, and professional organizations. Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support every other week. Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Alternate Administrator.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. Knowledge of home care or healthcare settings strongly preferred. Understanding of basic employment law. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and community partners. • Proficient in computer skills, including email, record keeping, and database navigation.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for most of the day. Ability to move within the office as needed. Frequent operation of office equipment (computer, copier, fax, printer).
