This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping processes Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs Assist in organizing training sessions, staff development initiatives, and employee engagement activities Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and support audits as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience , preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
