We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to support key Human Resources functions including compliance, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration and recruiting support. This role will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers/supervisors while helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers/supervisors regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns Support employee relations matters including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and documentation Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding Support new hire orientation and assist with onboarding and training initiatives Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit questions and enrollment Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and retention efforts Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support leave administration, workers compensation, and unemployment claims processes Assist with payroll support and other HR administrative functions as needed Translate HR communications and assist Spanish-speaking employees as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role Bilingual in Spanish and English required Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Preferred Experience Production, distribution, or multi-site environment experience preferred Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus Will travel to Rochester also Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Organization recognized for strong leadership, employee support, and commitment to excellence
