About the Role We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple locations across our Northeast and Midwest regions and play a key role in delivering high-impact HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Prepare offer letters and conduct new hire onboarding Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through termination Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Partner with internal recruiters and staffing agencies Employee Relations & Compliance Partner with leaders on hiring, promotions, investigations, and disciplinary actions Support employee relations matters including complaints and policy guidance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws HR Programs & Administration Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures Support benefits administration, FMLA/STD/LTD processes Assist with annual open enrollment and wellness initiatives Culture & Engagement Support initiatives that promote a strong and positive employee culture Maintain employee communication boards and engagement efforts Contribute to programs aligned with the ANDRITZ #1Andritzway culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of HR or administrative experience Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of discretion and confidentiality Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with payroll and HRIS systems Exposure to multi-site or regional HR support Travel Approximately 10-20% travel across supported locations Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
