Summary:
The HR Analyst analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve Teachers capacity planning. Responsible for data analytics to enhance the delivery of HR services, meet the needs of workforce management and comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, computer science, management information systems, or related field required Minimum three years strong experience with data manipulation tools, data analytics, including proficiency with analytical software Two years of relevant compensation experience preferred Advanced-level Excel proficiency required (e. g., v-lookups, pivot tables, if/then formulas) and the ability to consolidate and manipulate large data sets with a commitment to accuracy. Proficient in building reports and dashboards using Tableau preferred
Job Duties:
Analyzes workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility, to identify trends and labor projections Develops processes, dashboards and metrics that support the achievement of the credit union's business goals and human capital management and development Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision-making Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products Participates in total rewards projects and initiatives aimed at improving compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training Implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations Prepares and delivers required reporting and filings Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
