Job Description
Provides frontline HR support by responding to employee and manager inquiries, assisting with self-service tools, and ensuring accurate resolution of basic HR issues. Job Responsibility Respond to HR inquiries about policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll. Help employees navigate HR systems and tools. Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams. Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. Support administrative tasks like employment verifications. Educate employees on available resources. Performs other related duties as required. Job Qualification High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, proficiency in HR systems, and multitasking abilities, preferred. Call Center background preferred.
