Recruiting Specialist Pay Range $24.85/hr - $32.80/hr plus an Elite Benefit Package Please Submit a
Resume Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist partners with the Recruiter and hiring managers to attract, screen, and acquire top talent in line with company goals. including pre-screening and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers, and serving as the primary resource for applicants on the Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS), while delivering ATS training and technical support to internal managers.

Linkedin Requirements:
Education/Experience/Skils Associates degree from a regionally accredited college or university or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience. Knowledge of Word Processing software and familiarity with Internet applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conducts initial review of candidates who apply to positions with Wildwood to see if they meet the qualifications for the job Conducts routine phone screenings for Direct Support Professional and Teaching Assistant positions, as well as any other positions upon request, and sends screened candidates to managers for their review Keeps candidate progress updated and documented in the applicant tracking system. Follows up with managers on candidates that have been sent for review Supports the HR Recruiter by troubleshooting applicant tracking issues with managers Responds to phone inquiries from candidates about open positions with Wildwood Attends recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, and represents the agency in a professional manner Tracks Wildwood's Referral Bonus program for new hires and submits paperwork to process the bonuses

A valid NYS license and clean driving record required
