Onboarding and Training Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Onboarding and Training specialist to join the team of one of the top energy companies in Schenectady, NY. The Onboarding and Training Specialist supports onboarding, training coordination, and learning operations to ensure new engineers become productive quickly. This role manages logistics for all learning programs, delivers foundational onboarding sessions, and partners closely with engineering teams to create a consistent, high‑quality new‑hire experience. The Specialist also helps reinforce company culture, enables mentorship connections, and drives efficiency across all training activities. Onsite presence is required four days per week, with flexibility for early start times, occasional travel, and potential for one additional remote day in the future.
