Duration:

24+ Months Contract role

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience

Must Have:

1. Onboarding and cross-functional coordination 2. Organizational and project-management skills 3. Professional communication and customer service Responsibilities include: Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO), including agenda development, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional coordination with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Digital Innovation & Technology, Security, and other site functions. Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, including site access, technology provisioning, workspace setup, required training coordination, and pre-start communications. Lead onboarding activities for new hires and visiting staff by providing process guidance, coordinating access and training needs, and ensuring a consistent, positive site experience. Maintain, update, and coordinate review of onboarding and training materials with content owners; ensure materials are current, controlled, and available when needed. Provide administrative support to site leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, communications, presentation preparation, and other administrative needs. Serve as backup to site administrative assistants as needed.
