STONEGATE FIRM JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources Specialist
OVERVIEW
Strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing comprehensive human resources functions while maintaining operational oversight. This position drives organizational development through structured employee programs, performance management, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management:
Implement systematic employee review processes Track and schedule performance evaluation dates Create standardized review documentation Monitor career development progress
Onboarding & Training:
Create standardized new hire documentation Coordinate system access and equipment Track onboarding milestone completion
Employee Relations:
Address workplace concerns and conflicts Maintain confidential personnel records Manage benefits administration Ensure regulatory compliance Develop HR policies and procedures Career Development Programs (CDP): Create individualized development plans Track progression milestones Implement mentorship programs Design succession planning strategies Monitor advancement opportunities
Exit Management:
Conduct thorough exit interviews as directed by Managing Attorney Document feedback and insights Analyze turnover patterns Implement retention strategies Manage offboarding processes
Requirements:
Strong project management background Experience with performance management systems Knowledge of employment law and regulations Excellence in team development
