Overview of the Program The Human Resources Internship offers a dynamic opportunity to explore multiple HR disciplines while working in a hybrid environment (in office three days a week). You'll gain real world experience, being immersed in meaningful projects that impact our people and culture. What You'll Work On Our projects vary each year based on business needs, and individuals will be placed according to interest and skill set:
HR Operations:
 Performance management, employee life-cycle management, and HR service delivery
Talent Acquisition:
Recruitment, onboarding, early careers programs, and employer branding
Talent Development:
Workforce planning, learning effectiveness, and organizational capability building
Global Communication:
Internal communications strategy, employee engagement, and culture communications
HR Technology:
HR systems strategy and optimization, process automation, and document management platforms
Total Rewards:
Compensation and benefits strategy, employee value proposition, and skills-based pay program Basic Qualifications Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in human resources 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and professionalism in an HR environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
