HR Generalist

Position Summary:

Minutemen Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist on behalf of General Aluminum. This role will support day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping foster a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Promote employee engagement and handle basic employee relations matters Support training, performance management, and policy implementation

Qualifications:
