Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize HR-related applications and systems. Implement system updates and enhancements to support business needs and compliance requirements. Design, develop, and maintain workflows and business processes. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR operations and decision-making. Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported concerns. Manage data imports, exports, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support integrations between HR systems and external applications. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Qualifications Associates degree in HR, Information Technology, Business field is required. Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Knowledge of HR processes and business operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis. Experience with system configuration, workflows, and reporting Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 2+ years experience with ADP Workforce or other HR systems Preferred experience with SQL, data integrations, Power BI (or similar reporting tools), and secure file transfer technologies (SFTP).
