Job Description

Responsiblities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and new hire orientation to ensure smooth onboarding experience. Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and outreach programs to strengthen employer branding and attract qualified candidates. Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave programs; oversee employee benefits enrollment, updates, and vendor communication. Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and databases; prepare reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Support the development, communication, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Participate actively in the Events Committee to promote employee engagement. Process HR-related invoices in D365 and maintain accurate HR system data and reports. Other duties as assigned. Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required. Minimum of 3 years as HR generalist in a manufacturing environment. PHR certification is preferred. Required Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer proficiency: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point; HRIS and applicant tracking Excellent organizational and time management Problem solving and critical thinking Confidentiality and ethical conduct In-depth understanding of government regulations in all areas of Human Workers Compensation, FMLA, EEO, and ADA Ability to develop and implement policies and Experience with a variety of benefit programs and their Strong project management
