Job Description
Description Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support HR systems administration, reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HRIS platforms and must also bring payroll experience to support cross-functional HR and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and support HRIS systems, including system updates, audits, and troubleshooting.
+ Analyze HR data and generate reports for leadership and internal stakeholders.
+ Partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to improve workflows and ensure data accuracy.
+ Support payroll processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
+ Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process documentation.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations related to HR and payroll data. Requirements + 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR systems role. +
Required:
payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll processes and reporting.
+ Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, or similar systems.
+ Strong Excel and reporting skills.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
