Job Description

Position:
HR Business Partner Compensation:
$28 - $31 /hour, depending on experience
Location:
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contingent Workforce Specialist to join their team! This is a great 6-month contract opportunity for a hands-on contingent workforce professional who enjoys supporting the full contractor lifecycle. You'll play a key role in day-to-day program operations, helping keep supplier, onboarding, compliance, time, invoicing, and offboarding processes running smoothly. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to support process improvements during an important period of transition.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the full contractor lifecycle from requisition through offboarding Provide system support across VNDLY workflows and related processes Troubleshoot issues and coordinate questions with internal partners Support invoicing, time entry, and expense approval activities Maintain accurate workforce data and process documentation Partner with Supply Chain, HR, Accounting, Technology, and Legal Assist with reporting, spend analysis, and supplier performance insights Support supplier onboarding, offboarding, and optimization efforts Help deliver training and share process knowledge with stakeholders Contribute to projects supporting business change and integration efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required At least 3 years of contingent workforce or vendor management experience Experience with VNDLY or a similar vendor management system Working knowledge of the contractor lifecycle and related processes Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or HCM Reporting experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or Spotfire Advanced Excel skills CCWP or similar certification Knowledge of worker classification and FLSA guidelines Understanding of co-employment risk
