Job Description

Bonus based on performance Job description HR Generalist Intern Responsibilities As an HR Generalist Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates. Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules. Support new hire onboarding, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and maintaining a positive workplace environment. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:
Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist in processing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and performance reviews. Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR activities align with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation. Contribute ideas for employee development programs.
HR Projects:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct research on industry best practices and provide recommendations for improvement. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
