Job Description

Robert Half seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist to support key human resources functions at a growing organization. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily human resources operations and administrative processesAssist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentationServe as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsTranslate or interpret HR-related information and communications as neededMaintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive informationAssist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and other employee support tasksCoordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidatesHelp address employee relations questions and escalate issues when appropriateSupport HR compliance efforts and ensure documentation is complete and up to datePrepare reports, correspondence, and other HR documents as needed
