Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Manage payroll administration. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with company policies and culture. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave management such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational climate. Conduct performance evaluations and support training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth and skill enhancement. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and assist with safety training programs. Support change management projects by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic planning efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness. Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and recordkeeping using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro. Handle administrative HR tasks such as contract management, data collection for HR metrics, payroll processing via systems like Paychex or ADP, and benefits administration using tools like Paylocity or Dayforce. Develop effective communication strategies across social media management channels to promote HR initiatives and company culture. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever or iCIMS; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments at all levels of the organization. Experience in training & development programs along with proficiency in conflict management techniques. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
