April 24, 2026 : Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Cochranton, PA. Responsibilities Manage hourly payroll processing, including reviewing and signing off employee timecards, answering employee questions, generating reports, and collaborating with Corporate Payroll to ensure accurate employee hours and pay. Coordinate employee relations activities, including functions, meetings, celebrations, service awards, and exit interviews. Maintain Human Resource Information System records and files, including EV6 and E-time, while providing administrative support to all HR functions. Administer internal employee moves, testing, pay progressions, and ensure consistent practices are applied. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems to enhance efficiency and services. Complete the pre-employment process for both salaried and hourly positions, including application and testing, interview scheduling, background screening, and pre-hire/post-hire administrative duties. Document and support termination/retirement processes, including retirement celebrations and communicating required actions for closing accounts related to employment separations. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications An Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. One year of experience is preferred. Working knowledge, preferably at an intermediate level or higher, of Excel is required. Experience with ADP and/or Work Force Manager systems is ideal. The successful candidate must maintain the highest level of integrity in their work, including handling confidential matters. Demonstrated initiative, time management, project management, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to multi-task effectively is crucial for success in this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
