Job Description

FieldBridge is looking for an HR Generalist in DuBois, PA to work for a global water technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay/Schedule:
$54/hour | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a short-term contract role at the DuBois, PA facility. In this role, you will process moderate to complex HR transactions related to employee changes, new hire information, pay and benefits, leaves of absence, disability, and workers compensation. Working under limited supervision, you will serve as a resource to HR Representatives and other service center team members, handling escalated inquiries and resolving ongoing HR issues with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Process moderate to complex HR transactions related to new hires, terminations, employee pay, personal status changes, and benefits in accordance with established policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws Enter, process, and retrieve employee data in HRIS and call center systems to make employee changes and fulfill information requests Respond to escalated employee calls and inquiries referred by HR Representatives and other HR Service Center team members Conduct case management as required and track employee data utilizing HR information systems Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Training, and Team Management to modify transaction procedures and provide one-on-one training for HR Representatives as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or some college coursework preferred 5-10 years of HR generalist or HR service center experience Strong ability to process transactions with accuracy and respond professionally and timely to employee requests Experience with HRIS platforms and call center systems Knowledge of HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and federal and state employment laws Strong customer orientation and ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion. #LP1
